We offer a 30-day return and refund policy from the date your order is delivered. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within this period.

Return Eligibility

  • Be in their original packaging whenever possible.
  • Include all accessories originally received.

Returns may not be accepted for products that have been intentionally damaged, altered, or misused after delivery.

  • Missing products

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. Our support team will work quickly to provide a suitable solution, including a replacement or full refund where appropriate.

Refund Process

After your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved:

  • Processing typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Shipping fees (if applicable) are generally non-refundable unless the return results from our error.

Order Cancellation

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like another product, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to our mistake, we will cover the return shipping costs.

For other returns, customers may be responsible for return shipping expenses where permitted by law.
